We are currently hiring for the position of Coordinator – Sampling at our HQ, in the heart of Dhaka. Join our family and build an inspired career you’re proud of.

Job Context

Coordinator – Sampling is accountable to plan and monitor Sampling team’s day to day work from all sampling stages like proto sample, size sets, fit samples, etc. and execute directions of Manager-Sampling.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Units to understand client requirements and attend handover meetings to align on tech packs, trim sheets, and specifications.
• Create and execute sampling plans based on the Time & Action (T&A) calendar in coordination with the Manager-Sampling.
• Ensure availability of all necessary materials (fabrics, trims, threads, etc.) before initiating the sampling process.
• Receive master patterns from CAD, hand them over to the Cutting section, and plan operations based on resource availability.
• Supervise the entire sample development chain from cutting to finishing, ensuring all stages meet timelines and standards.
• Monitor garment quality, verify wash requirements, and perform pre-dispatch checks to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Plan and prepare daily tasks based on sampling requisitions, while coordinating workflow across sewing, cutting, finishing, and quality control teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with merchandisers and sourcing teams for updates, changes, and progress reporting.
• Update MIS systems, validate sample requisitions, and generate regular sampling reports (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) for internal use.
• Assist merchandisers with trim sheets and swatch cards, while supporting documentation needs across the sampling function.
