Education

Masters with honours, in Journalism/Mass Communication/ Film & Media/ Development Studies and any other relevant subject from any reputed university. Education qualification will be relaxed for exceptionally experienced professional.

Additional Requirements

Experiences: The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in development or humanitarian organizations focusing on communication, advocacy and training. Experience in producing social media content and communication materials including graphic design, and photography is required. Experience in staff capacity building through organizing internal training including training module development and facilitation is mandatory. Natural skills in social media maintenance and mobilization and translation are desirable.

Purpose: The person will lead the digital advocacy on different issues through social media for mass awareness creation and policy change and will build staff capacity through training.
Working base: Principal Office, Dhaka with frequent field visits in the coastal districts.
