Responsibilities & Context

Follow up the operator and production floor.
Adjust the recipe if needed.
Adjust/Modify the Process and program.
Ensure the better productivity of Dyeing and finishing through reducing downtime.
Ensure the good quality fabric according to the Gildan standard.
Make sure that all operators are working according to the SOP.
Keep the workplace clean and safe to reduce accident.
Support to fill the daily route sheet of production and downtime.
Must inform to immediate supervisor if any problem occurred during the process.
Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
Perform decomposition test.
Perform salt concentration test during dyeing process.
Support to meet the production target with all KPI.
