More than 2 or 3 years if do not work in any travel agency before.
More than 1 year experience of Travel Agency.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.*Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Prior experience in the travel industry will be highly valued. *Students are not allowed.

Workplace:

Field Visit: 80%

Office Work: 20%

Office Time : (09.30 A.M– 07:30 P.M)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door visits to travel agencies and corporate office to promote Travel Z’s services and build relationships.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure sustained growth.
Create and expand the client base by identifying potential business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth business operations.
Handle inquiries and provide clients with detailed information about Travel Z’s offerings.
Occasionally visit areas outside Dhaka for business purposes.
Support the corporate marketing team with innovative strategies to drive business growth.
Have to Expertise on Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
Must have to 3 years experience of field corporate marketing.
Target-oriented and self-motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure.
