Responsibilities & Context

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

  • Identify Potential Clients: Research and identify prospective corporate clients who would benefit from our suite of internet services.
  • Sales Pitch & Client Meetings: Conduct regular, scheduled visits to prospective corporate clients, presenting Bismillah Telecom Service Ltd. as a solution provider that addresses their specific needs. This involves understanding their technical and business requirements and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Networking & Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key decision-makers such as IT managers, procurement officers, and senior executives in potential client organizations.
  • Sales Strategies & Execution: Work closely with the management team to design sales strategies and implement them effectively to meet corporate client acquisition goals.

2. Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Targets: You will be expected to meet and exceed assigned sales targets, with a clear focus on bringing in high-value corporate accounts. These targets will be set on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, with performance reviews to assess progress and re-calibrate strategies where necessary.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, track your progress, and provide detailed reports to the sales manager on a regular basis. You will utilize sales management tools to track progress and ensure that sales opportunities are nurtured from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Client Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contract terms with corporate clients. You must ensure that all negotiations are aligned with company guidelines and revenue objectives while delivering value to the client.

3. Presentation & Product Knowledge:

  • Deep Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Bismillah Telecom Service Ltd. This includes broadband packages and the value added services. You will need to clearly articulate how these services will add value to corporate clients in a competitive market.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and product demonstrations to corporate clients. Tailor your message to resonate with the specific needs of each client and highlight the unique benefits of our service offerings.
  • Proposal Writing: Write detailed, customized proposals for each prospective client, outlining how our services meet their business needs and offering a clear ROI analysis.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing department to develop corporate marketing materials, campaigns, and lead generation strategies. Provide feedback to the marketing team based on your interactions with clients to ensure that sales materials are effective and relevant.
  • Coordinate with Technical Teams: Work closely with the technical and NOC (Network Operations Center) team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of services for new clients. This includes understanding the technical details and translating client needs into actionable tasks for the technical team.
  • Customer Support Handover: Ensure that after signing the contract, the client is smoothly handed over to the customer support and technical teams for further implementation and support.

5. Reporting & Strategy Development:

  • Daily Reporting: Submit daily activity reports, including the number of client meetings, outcomes of sales discussions, and details of pipeline movement. This will help monitor progress against sales targets and identify any areas for improvement.
  • Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate forecasts to the management team on expected sales revenue from corporate clients. Ensure that sales plans are aligned with the company’s broader financial goals.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, analyzing the offerings of other ISPs, and keeping track of market trends. Provide insights and suggestions to the management team on potential opportunities or threats.

6. Customer Retention & Post-Sales Support:

  • Ongoing Client Relationship Management: After onboarding new clients, continue to manage the relationship to ensure satisfaction. Proactively reach out to current clients to ensure that they are happy with the services provided and address any concerns that arise.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with existing clients by introducing them to additional services, such as higher bandwidth, FTP services, or any new value-added services.

7. Travel & Client Visit Expectations:

  • Daily Client Visits: As a Corporate Sales Executive, you will be expected to visit corporate clients daily.
  • Professional Attire & Demeanor: Since you will be representing Bismillah Telecom Service Ltd. in a professional capacity, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is essential. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally, will contribute to establishing credibility with clients.

As part of this demanding and dynamic role, you will need a proactive mindset to anticipate client needs and industry trends, continuously seeking out new opportunities for growth and client acquisition. You will work independently much of the time, managing your own sales pipeline and meeting with potential clients, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure your sales strategy aligns with the company’s broader goals for growth, innovation, and market leadership. The ability to maintain this balance between independence and collaboration is essential for success in this role.
