  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a telesales or similar role, preferably in a service-based industry.

  • English medium background candidates will get preference.Good in communicating in English is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities and market penetration.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
