Responsibilities & Context
- Work as the key player in achieving given sales targets at the assigned area(s).
- Visit potential customers to generate / validate leads for Business and ICT products.
- Visit existing customers to up-sell or cross-sell services and products, and also to provide required services.
- Lock sales deals with the customers/corporate houses.
- Ensure the required Agreement signing while selling any product/service.
- Ensure product/service delivery to the customer following the complaint process.
- Form strategic partnerships and organize and monitor events.
- Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
