- Proffered managerial experience.
- Experience in selling Color Cosmetics products mandatory and study start-up.
- Must be confident using Excel reports including quarterly reports.
- Some marketing experience is beneficial.
- Some Travel may be required internationally, this will be paid by company.
- Mainly once work. Must be willing to visit the 5 stores regularly.
Responsibilities & Context
Start-up make up brand. Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, expanding worldwide.
Essential Job Functions:
- Set-up color cosmetics in 5 stores.
- Manage weekly stock ups, ensure the products are displayed properly and stock updates.
- Liaise with Director regularly regarding new products and introduce into the stores.
- Execute interviews for additional team members once the start-up is done.
- Organize event launch parties alongside the Director.
- Report to the Director with quarterly accounts and targets.
- Organize photoshoots for branding.
- Help set up social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Liaise with product suppliers and ensure timely manner of shipments.
