Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain and analyze cost accounting records for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor production expenses and ensure proper allocation and cost absorption.
- Conduct monthly and annual stock takes; investigate discrepancies.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the factory.
- Assist in improving internal controls and cost optimization initiatives.
- Liaise with production, warehouse, and procurement departments for data validation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting standards.
