Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for calculating the quantities of each sub-project based on the approved drawings and listing the calculation process for each item submit the completed bill of quantities to employer.
- During the construction phase, review the progress payments for each sub-project construction and issue progress payment documents.
- Verify change items in the construction process and provide reasonable price for missing items in payment application of subcontractor through market research.
- Conduct final completion settlement reviews and issue settlement documents.
