Additional Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cost Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or similar role within the interior design fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local market conditions and pricing in Bangladesh is a must.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success of our fit-out projects by accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and developing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ). You will collaborate closely with our design and project management teams to ensure that all projects are completed within budget and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and other related expenses.
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications and design plans.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to determine the overall scope and budget.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure that cost estimates align with the client’s vision and project requirements.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, making adjustments as necessary to avoid budget overruns.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and provide cost breakdowns for bidding purposes.
• Conduct regular cost reviews and provide reports to management on project financial performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
