Utilizes GSD software for operation-specific data and time calculations, enhancing production efficiency.
Balances production lines by distribution tasks evenly, minimizing idle time, and improving workflow.

Calculate Garment Costing, including fabric, trims, labor, and overheads.
Identify and implement strategies to reduce production costs though resource optimization.
Develop and manage the Bill of Materials for accurate costing and planning.
Book new orders and align production schedule with customer requirement.
Analyze historical costing date to forecast future cost and set benchmarks.
Collaborate with purchasing to plan material requirements based on orders.
Prepare budgets, track variances, and adjust forecasts with finance and production teams.
Audit production costs to ensure budget compliance and identify cost-control areas.
Work with production, quality and planning teams to align costing with operations.
