Additional Requirements

Basic understanding of product costing and budgeting principles.
Proficient in Excel for Data Analysis, SMV calculations, OB Planning and process.
Proficient in data[MSA1] entry and effective communication within teams. [MSA1]

Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiency and suggest immediate corrective actions.
Monitor floor-wise efficiency and ensure adherence to the planned production target.
Maintain and update standard minute value (SMV) for all operations on the floor.
Conduct motion studies to streamline worker movement and improve productivity.
Ensure effective line balance to minimize idle time and optimize workflow.
Coordinate with supervisors and operators to implement process improvements.
Regular evaluate operator performance and suggest necessary training or upskilling.
Ensure compliance with approval production methods and quality standards.
Support floor management in achieving KPls such as efficiency, DHU, and output target.
