Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications i.e. ERP,SAP,TALLY etc.

Coordinate production workflow & all supportive activities to achieve the business goal;
Track and monitor factory operation & bottleneck point and taking initiative to solve it for smooth production flow;
Recommends the best methods of space, manpower, material, and equipment utilization in production facilities;
Find out bottleneck areas and analysis and stick to the problem until settled and clear
Recommend new ideas and methods for increasing productivity and improving quality
Maintaining and tracking inventory.
Provide product costing expertise to Product Development team during product creation cycles to advise on key cost drivers and options to adjust costs to meet margin targets.
Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets managing budgets after completion of Job.
Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
