GUK has taken a special initiative for prevention and control of needless blindness of the mass people and therefore, the organization has established 3 modern well equipped eye hospitals in Dhaka, Bogura and Dinajpur for providing quality eye care services at affordable cost.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome patients warmly and review the prescriptions provided by doctors to offer essential explanations of the prescribed treatment.
Address any questions regarding the disease, surgery types, procedures, outcomes and costs.
Follow up over phones on regular basis from patient data record file and encourage them for perform surgery.
Guide patients through the investigation process upon receiving surgery consent.
Provide information on daily eye care activities, including advice on lighting arrangements and safety measures.
Educate patients on modern treatment methods and the importance of adhering to prescribed medications.
Greet patients and their guardians advised for surgery, reviewing their medical records to understand the disease and surgical needs.
Advise on post-operative care medication use and precautions as recommended by doctors.
Offer a warm welcome to patients returning for follow-up visits, providing necessary post-operative treatment guidance.
