Responsibilities & Context

Counsel students regarding any issue or query of studying abroad
Counselor should have Positive helping attitude towards all clients
Will be playing key roles in client’s understanding of study queries and other opportunities in abroad
Handling a high volume of immigration related matters.
Convince to clients by telemarketing with motivational capability.
The Counselor should have Patience, time knowledge and teamwork capability
Ability to take challenge to achieve the target.
Attend students face to face/via phone/email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up student enquiries, requests or complaints and provide information and assistance as required.
Carryout the marketing promotions both offline & online
Support and be active in education exhibition, fair, and seminar.
Doing Face Live and Making Video Content for Promotion
Perform any task assigned by the management

Job Highlights

Create engaging promotional content by doing Facebook/Instagram Lives, Reels, and other video content for brand promotion.

Must be very comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with the ability to present, explain, and promote services in an attractive and engaging manner.

Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas.
