Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as an overseas education counsellor, with a focus on Europe, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland, and South Korea, Japan,

Strong understanding of university admissions processes, visa regulations, and scholarship opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Experience in preparing students for English proficiency tests (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT) and assisting with test registration.

Ability to conduct informative and engaging webinars and workshops.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online counselling platforms.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience counselling students for universities in Europe (France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland), Asia (South Korea, Japan).

Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for these destination countries.
Responsibilities & Context
Office Hour : 10am to 6pm (Usual)
Working days – Saturday to Thursday
Ramadan Time : 9am to 3:30pm

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Overseas Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance to students seeking higher education opportunities abroad, specifically in the UK, Europe, and Asia. You will play a crucial role in supporting students throughout their journey, from course selection to securing admissions, scholarships, and visas, with a focus on providing comprehensive counselling and application support.
Job Responsibilities:
Counselling and Student Guidance:

Provide comprehensive counselling to students on education options in the following destinations like Europe, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Finland, and South Korea, Japan, including university selection, course choices, and career prospects.

Assist students in understanding the education systems, application processes, and scholarship opportunities for their target countries.

Guide students in completing application forms, crafting personal statements, and preparing for interviews, ensuring a competitive and well-structured application.
Visa and Admission Process:

Guide students through the entire application and visa process, ensuring all documentation and requirements are met.

Offer expert advice on student visa requirements for the and other regions, and assist students in submitting their visa applications.

Prepare students for visa and university interviews to help them present themselves confidently and accurately.
Client and Partner Relationships:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, B2B partners, and educational institutions to ensure successful student placements.

Collaborate with universities and other educational institutions in the UK, Europe, and Asia to facilitate smooth admissions processes and maintain partnerships.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for student recruitment and partnerships with institutions abroad.
Workshops and Webinars:

Plan, organize, and host webinars and workshops on studying abroad, visa procedures, scholarship opportunities, and test preparations.
Test Preparation and Support:

Provide guidance to students in preparing for standardized tests like IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, etc.

Assist students with registration for these exams and provide study resources where necessary.
Market Knowledge and Trends:

Stay informed about changes in the education systems, visa policies, and market trends in the Europe, and Asia to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.

Collaborate with universities and colleges in these regions to stay updated on the latest admission criteria, course offerings, and scholarship opportunities.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and placements to ensure seamless tracking of student progress.

Prepare regular reports on counselling activities, student progress, and outcomes, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
Administrative Support:

Assist management with other tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall growth and development of the organization.
