Job Context

We are currently hiring a Country Head who will be responsible for driving a merchandising strategy that ensures profitability while building a long-term collaboration with brand partners, merchants, buyers, and suppliers.

Jobs Responsibilities- “Country Head”

>Liaising with head office and writing up quarterly/annual reports.

>Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.

>Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.

>Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.

>Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency.

>Building professional relationships with staff and clients.

>Maintaining a good image of the organization at all times.

Key Requirements

 You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

 You have prior experience within Merchandising.

 You possess strong negotiation skills and can arrive at win-win solutions with partners.

 You have strong communication & interpersonal skills.

 You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.

 You thrive in matrix environments and are adept at influencing and coordinating with different stakeholders.
