Responsibilities & Context
A well reputed Buying house is looking for a COUNTRY MANAGER for Bangladesh office
#Duties & Responsibilities:
·Manage and supervise business operations and development in a particular country
·Launch, develop, and manage the production and distribution of the company’s products and services
·Establish and oversee operating budgets and create annual business plans
·Supervise people management plans, projects and actions
·Develop and manage business strategies and increase brand recognition
·Research and implement opportunities for business growth and expansion
·Research and evaluate market opportunities and competition and identify potential business.
·Establish business proposals and negotiate business deals and pricing
·Manage and monitor business activities, such as budgeting, forecasts, and resource allocation
·Adhere to policies and procedures, such as financial controls, accounting, human resources, etc.
·Develop and monitor marketing plans, such as the design and implementation of promotional material, marketing strategies, etc.
·Establish and maintain professional relationships with partners, stakeholders, clients, and other parties
·Implement and ensure a consistent branding strategy
·Collaborate with executives and upper management on strategic initiatives
·Establish teams, recruit team members, and provide training and guidance
#Country Manager Requirements:
·Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Textile Engineering / Bachelor in Apparels merchandising/ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing
·Having at least 17 to 20 years of proven work record as a leader
·Previous working experience as a Country Manager is preferable
·A general knowledge base of a foreign country’s economy and industry
·Willingness to travel extensively
·Outstanding leadership and general management skills
·Superb communication, collaboration, and networking skills
·Excellent research and analytical skills
·able to take quick action accordingly
