• Proven experience as a Course Coordinator in any IT training platform is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable with digital tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Excel, Trello, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple batches/courses simultaneously

Job Context: Biddabari IT is an emerging name in the digital education space in Bangladesh. We offer a variety of live online courses in the IT and digital marketing domains. To streamline and manage our growing list of courses and instructors, we are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Course Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between mentors, students, and management for smooth course delivery
• Schedule and monitor live classes (Zoom/other platforms)
• Ensure timely updates of class links, resources, and feedback collection
• Assist in onboarding new instructors and guiding them with course structures
• Handle student queries and solve minor technical/logistical issues
• Collaborate with marketing and support teams for course promotion and communication
• Prepare reports on course progress, attendance, and feedback
