- Hold a valid operating license for heavy equipment.
- Possess valid training certifications.
- OEM training is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context
- Operate ZCC 5800 series or other advanced Chinese crawler cranes with capacities ranging from 500 to 1000 tons.
- Assemble and dismantle ZCC 5800 or similar/high-capacity cranes as required.
- Configure crane control systems for ZCC 5800 or higher series cranes, utilizing various lifting modes (S, SL, SW, SDB, SLHS, SLDB, SWDB, etc.).
- Perform basic troubleshooting on ZCC 5800 or higher series cranes.
- Evaluate and execute lifting plans with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Ensure proper transportation logistics for dismantled components of ZCC 5800 series cranes.
- Maintain calm and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all crane operations.
