Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee day to day store operations, sales, customer service.
- Manage inventory, including receiving shipment & tracking stock level.
- Train, Supervise & motivate staff to meet sales target.
- Maintain store cleanliness and arrange displayed products.
- Handle customer inquiries, complains, and ensure high end satisfaction.
- prepare sales report and assist in planning marketing activities.
