Additional Requirements

2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proficiency in design and video editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative design and video editing work.
Excellent visual storytelling and creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of social media trends and how to optimize visual content for engagement.
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
Expertise in using AI.

Video Editing:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap cut).
Experience in creating engaging and high-quality videos for different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Strong understanding of video formats, color grading, sound design, and animation.
Shoot professional video (in-house).

Graphic Design:

Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Experience creating visual assets like logos, banners, infographics, and other marketing materials.
A strong eye for aesthetics and design principles.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.) and trends.
Experience with social media strategy, content creation and posting schedules.
Understanding of analytics tools (Facebook Insights etc.) to track and improve performance.
Knowledge of SEO to ensure content reaches the right audience.
Post in social media regularly.
