✔ Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).

✔ Strong knowledge of video production, motion graphics, and digital marketing trends.

✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

✔ Ability to create student-centric content that enhances learning and brand engagement.

✔ Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and paid digital marketing strategies.

✔ Art Direction – Ability to set the creative vision and visual direction for branding and video production.

✔ From IDEA to Script Onboarding – Proficiency in conceptualizing, scripting, and developing engaging content from start to finish.

Responsibilities & Context

Creative Content Development & Branding

• Develop and execute creative strategies for student engagement, course promotion, and brand awareness.
• Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, social media content, video campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all creative assets, including graphics, videos, and advertisements, align with the institute’s branding and objectives.

Video & Multimedia Supervision

• Lead video production for IELTS preparation tutorials, success stories, and promotional content.
• Oversee motion graphics, video editing, and cinematography to enhance learning materials and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with instructors to create visually appealing educational content for IELTS test preparation.

Project & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute creative campaigns for social media, digital advertising, and offline promotions.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects and maintain a structured workflow.
• Monitor the performance of marketing materials and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Coordinate with academic, admissions, and marketing teams to align creative content with institutional goals.
• Conduct brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for student engagement and outreach.
