- Age 30 to 37 years
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline (preferably in Business) from any reputed university.
- 3rd division or 3rd class in any exam are discouraged to apply.
- Minimum 5 years of experience including 2 years experience as Retail Credit Analyst.
- Home Loan Analysis experience will be considered as added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of credit practices with a good understanding of credit risk.
- Well conversant of credit risk management guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess risk while protecting the interest of the Bank, customers and investors.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to work well in a small and dynamic team.
- Strong command over MS Excel.
- Requirements may be relaxed for relevant and experienced candidates.
Responsibilities & Context
- Processing of retail credit proposal forwarded by Branch & Relationship Manager as per SLA.
- Identification and assessment of credit risk and probable mitigations.
- Conducting Customer/Business and security visit.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain credit MIS and ensure regulatory reporting.
