We are seeking a dynamic and experience individual to join our Recovery Team as “CREDIT/LIABILITIES COLLECTION OFFICER-FEMALE”

Position Summary:

The liabilities Collection Officer is responsible for managing and recovering overdue liabilities from individual and corporate clients in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The officer plays a critical role in maintain the fanatical health of the organization by minimizing bad debts while upholding customer services standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with clients via phone, email or visits to discuss payment obligations.
• Analyze credit histories and assess repayment options.
• Monitor and track overdue liabilities.
• Collaborate with legal teams when necessary for escalated recovery actions.
• Achieve monthly target.
• Prepare periodic reports on collection performance and outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.
