- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Dairy, Farming, Fisheries, Hatchery, Poultry
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 50 years
- Only Male
- Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced retired Army of Police personnel.
- Preferred Candidates: 1) Retired Army Personnel (Commissioned or Non-Commissioned Officers). 2) Retired Police Personnel (SI, Inspector or equivalent ranks)
- Candidates with proven experience in recovering long overdue or disputed receivables.
Responsibilities & Context
- Recover outstanding dues from distributors, dealers and customers.
- Follow up on overdue and long pending receivables.
- Visit customers and distributors regularly to ensure timely collection.
- Negotiable payment settlements and repayment plans.
- Identify and address high risk and inactive accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments and legal teams regarding recovery related matters.
- Prepare collection reports and update recovery status regularly.
- Initiative and support legal recovery procedures when required.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
