Additional Requirements

5 to 6 years’ experience in credit desk of any Bank with proven track record. Must have depth knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong knowledge of Lending Operations and Credit Management is required. He/she should possess excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship.

Responsibilities & Context

• Evaluating the credit worthiness by processing credit file.
• Reviewing the authenticity of the financial reports and assessing the coordination between balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement
• Strictly following the ICRRS guidelines along with regulatory policies to inspect the loan proposal.
• Assessing risk inherent in the credit proposal and scrutinize documents (if required) and determine the pricing based on risk associated with the proposals.
• To enforce compliance with the credit risk parameters and credit exposure on concentration limits set by the Bank and regulatory authorities.
• Analyzing the ratio by using ICRRS format given by Bangladesh Bank.
