Additional Requirements

Provide guidance, mentorship, and counseling to Credit Analysts to address work challenges effectively.

Monitor workload distribution and ensure balanced assignments for maximum team efficiency.

Review and recommend/approve credit proposals within the delegation of authority, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Conduct on-site visits to business premises for Enhanced Credit (EC) proposals to validate and assess creditworthiness.
Collaborate with the Credit Manager and Head of Credit (HOC) to implement strategies that minimize credit risks
Execute recommendations from senior management to ensure sound credit practices.
Drive team productivity and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks by analysts and junior supervisors.
Uphold quality and accuracy standards in credit evaluations and documentation.
