Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BEng/BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
- Proven experience as a CRM Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
- Proficiency in various CRM platforms, including Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and SAP.
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP solutions.
- Familiarity with Zoho suite of applications and Zoho partner tools.
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Zoho Developer to join Pixable’s new Development Centre in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various CRM and ERP platforms, including but not limited to Zoho CRM. As a Zoho Partner in the UK, experience within the Zoho suite of applications is highly beneficial. The role requires a blend of CRM expertise and web development knowledge to create customised, high-performance business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain custom applications on various CRM platforms.
- Configure and customise CRM modules (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, etc.).
- Automate business processes using workflows, functions, and APIs.
- Integrate CRM systems with third-party applications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other developers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing CRM implementations.
- Ensure all developments adhere to best practices and are optimised for performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM products, features, and best practices to ensure our projects are cutting-edge.
