Experience

    • At least 1 year
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)

Additional Requirements

  • Sales roles in E-commerce/ F-Commerce. (Food organizations will preferable).
  • Experience minimum 1 year in tele sales & CRM, customer service.
  • Good typing speed in Bangla and English.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and CRM or ERP software.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and WhatsApp Business is a plus.

Preferred Area: Food Industry, Call Center CRM, Tele Sales.


Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview: Amzad Food is seeking a CRM Executive who will be the first point of contact for customer interactions across all channels. This role requires someone highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented to manage inbound/outbound communication, order processing, and customer support across digital and direct platforms.

Location: Bosila, Mohammadpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls professionally; respond to product inquiries and order requests.
  • Take and process orders accurately via phone call, Messenger, WhatsApp, and other direct channels.
  • Perform data entry for invoices, orders, and customer records in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries via social media, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain organized records of customer communication and follow-up activities.
  • Route specific customer issues or leads to relevant internal teams when necessary.
  • Monitor and update stock availability queries in coordination with warehouse or sales team.
  • Support the marketing team by providing feedback from customer interactions.
