Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage the local CS team to complete the maintenance tasks and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for CS network KPI performance issue troubleshooting、analysis and improvement.
- Responsible for customer report and presentation, responsible for the customer satisfaction.
- Technical reporting/communication with the operator on network issue, guide for typical issue troubleshooting and performance improvement, clarifying and replying questions.
- Responsible for the acceptance KPI achievement/ reports delivery under MS project scope.
- Responsible for team training.
