Responsibilities & Context
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our retail sales team on a contractual basis to support our new business ventures. The ideal candidates will be passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales and assist customers within the showroom.
- Perform outdoor visits for sales and marketing activities.
- Coordinate to ensure on-time delivery as per customer demand.
- Assist in maintaining showroom inventory.
- Help in maintaining overall housekeeping of the showroom.
- Participate in cost-control initiatives.
- Engage in daily outdoor marketing activities to promote products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and participate in reporting and analysis as required.
