Responsibilities & Context
Cultive8 Technologies Limited is looking for a full-time 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 to work closely with our Head of Operations & Growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with real-world data, solving operational problems, and gaining hands-on exposure to agriculture, technology, field operations, and business processes.
The intern will work across active projects involving Poultry Feed Performance Tracking, Agro-Machinery & NGO Coordination, Enterprise Tea Operations, and other field operations. The role combines data analysis, field research, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Analyze operational datasets and develop trackers, dashboards, cohort analyses, and decision models using Excel / Google Sheets
Conduct field visits across Bangladesh to understand farm, dealer, machinery, and NGO operations
Identify operational bottlenecks and develop SOPs, audit checklists, and operational playbooks
Perform root-cause analysis, hypothesis testing, and performance analysis
Provide field insights to Product and Technology teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Students or recent graduates from Agriculture.
Economics, Life Sciences, or related quantitative disciplines are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English
Must be comfortable with frequent field travel and working independently with high ownership.
