Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Answer phone calls more professionally and provide information about products and services as the callers require.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and team leader as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • B2B Marketing.
  • Needs to have demonstrable experience in creating marketing strategies and implementing effective plans as well as managing a sizable marketing budget.
