Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates on the progress of their work.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries or issues over phone or chat, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Create, organize, and regularly update the customer data sheet to ensure all information remains accurate and up to date.
- Communicate professionally with clients through social media chats, inbox messages, and comments.
- Collect feedback and positive reviews from satisfied clients and publish them attractively on social media platforms.
- Represent the company through video messages and updates on the official verified page and other online platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze client feedback and continuously improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure every client receives a positive and professional experience that reflects the company’s brand image.
