Addressing customer questions and concerns through various channels such as phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Offering accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Conducting follow-up calls or messages to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Preparing reports on customer feedback, inquiries, and service issues for management review.
Collaborating with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to enhance customer experience.
Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies.
