Education

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

We are seeking a dedicated customer care executive to join our sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across various online platforms, including Facebook, our website, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp. You will engage with customers through messaging, phone calls, and other communication channels, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in online marketing efforts by providing product information, sharing product images, and assisting with customer inquiries to drive sales. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining product inventory and ensuring accurate management of office products.

Job Responsibility

  • Engage with customers across multiple online platforms including Facebook, website, YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via messaging, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Provide product information and images to customers to facilitate sales.
  • Address customer problems and resolve them efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in online marketing efforts by promoting products and services to potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage product inventory and ensure proper organization of office products.
  • Provide daily sales reports to the Admin to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and customer preferences.
