Prior experience in customer service, client relations, or sales support, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting, is desirable·       Proficiency in computer skills, including experience Microsoft Office applications and database management systems·

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate effectively with diverse clientele·

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Responsibilities & Context

As a Customer Care Officer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, ensuring exceptional service and support in all interactions. The role involves managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and facilitating smooth interactions between patients and healthcare providers.

Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information, guidance, and solutions to meet their needs·

Coordinate scheduling and logistics for sample collection, testing, and delivery, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery·

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and service requests·

Educate clients on laboratory services, testing processes, pricing, and turnaround times to facilitate informed decision-making.

Stay informed about laboratory services, capabilities, and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries and promote additional services
