Responsibilities & Context
- Provide efficient and courteous customer service to clients on all aspects of our real estate services.
- Field incoming calls, respond to client enquiries, and maintain client relationships with proper follow-up calls.
- Collaborate with clients to expedite and enhance property sales activity. Assist in scheduling real estate showings and client meetings.
- Complete product delivery cycle, hence complete tangible sales.
- Maintain sales targets month on month and be eager to meet assigned KPI.
- Ability to work under pressure with flexible work hours and in a team environment.
