Customer Care Representative-Chittagong based (Work from Home)

Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service, social media marketing, and IT support? Join our MNC Company as a Customer Care Representative!

Position Overview

This is a work-from-home role where you’ll engage with customers, create captivating social media content, provide IT support, and assist in website development.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content, including videos and images, to promote our brand.
Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting assistance.
Update website content (basic WordPress knowledge preferred).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.

Education

Postgraduate in any field.

Skills & Experience

Basic knowledge of marketing, social media, and IT support.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar design software.
Strong communication skills in both English,Bangla & Chittagonian dialect.
Prior experience in customer service or remote work is a plus.

Key Competencies

Excellent customer service skills with a positive, friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment.
Creative mindset with a knack for clean, visually appealing designs (advanced skills not required).
Strong time management and adherence to deadlines.

Work Schedule

Friday & Saturday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM (Fixed).
Tuesday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Off Days: Sunday & Monday.

Benefits

Salary: 21,000 to 22,000 BDT per month.
Flexible work-from-home environment.
