· Clearly explain our service offerings in fluent English.
· Maintain professional communication over the phone, Zoom, or other platforms.
· Build rapport and ensure a positive customer experience.
· Report and update daily call/meeting outcomes to the team lead.
· Achieve weekly communication and conversion targets.
