  • Meet and Greet customers and understand the specific requirements and guide them accordingly.
  • Assist the customer to find out the most relevant products based on their requirement. Offer personalized recommendations based on the customer’s preferences, budget, and lifestyle requirements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Showcase product features, benefits, and unique selling points to highlight the value proposition.
  • Achieve both personal and overall outlet sales target to ensure the revenue goals. Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling and cross-selling, to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Keep up-to-date with product inventory, pricing, and promotions to accurately inform customers and drive sales.
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Arrange furniture displays and lifestyle vignettes to showcase product collections and inspire customer interest based on ISHO Design Studio’s recommendation. Collaborate with the store management team to implement store layouts and promotional displays effectively.
  • Solicit feedback from customers to understand their experience and areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and fostering a positive shopping environment.
  • Proactively follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale inquiries or concerns.
