Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure consistent sales flow of Fresh Welding Electrode & Wire by generating sales orders through visits to dealers, workshops, and retail consumers according to the market visit plan.
- Introduce prospective customers to the business and its facilities, aiming to expand the customer base.
- Address product-related issues and uphold after-sales services in alignment with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets following set requirements to contribute to the company’s overall growth and success.
- Ensure timely collection of credits from the market, optimizing financial transactions.
- Cultivate and nurture both new and existing consumer relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
- Collect market data to provide insights into competitor sales volume, market positioning, and strategies, enabling informed business decisions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & collection reports and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
