• Sale/promote our services (interior services, door, furniture) to individual and corporate clients.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs effectively.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases.
