• Responsibilities Key

Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities and hit monthly sales targets.

Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information and store accordingly in the company database.

Creating customers and convincing them to buy Membership for service.

Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.

Analyze market data and provide feedback to maximize sales.

Maintaining and updating the customer database through the system.

Client communication (regular updates, building relationships)Regular reporting to managementCustomer feedback analysis and report analysis.

Identify new business areas and increase sales accordingly.

Assign any other duties as may be decided by the Management from time to time

• Requirements

Bachelor degree in any discipline·

Having basic computer knowledge with MS Office.

Previous customer service experience will be an added advantage.

• Additional Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Customer Care Executive who is able to communicate clients over the phone and face-to-face meeting in office.

Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience.         Pro-active, problem solver, positive attitude and customer centric mindset.

Having good command in presentation and negotiating skills.
