Responsibilities & Context:
- Capable to handle customer queries/complains instantly.
- Must be well mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers..
- Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing feedback & reviews.
- Maintain a database of customers, schedule follow-ups, and ensure proper after-sales support.
- Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Must have the ability to work in a team
- Telemarketing: Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Job Location: Zindabazar, Sylhet
Working Hours: (10 AM – 7:00 PM)
Working Days: Working Days Saturday to Thursday (6 days)
