Requirements

Education

• HSC, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Additional Requirements

• Age 18 to 35 years

• You must know how to negotiate with customers.
• You must follow the instructions given by the trainer.
• Should meet weekly sales target and be punctual at work.
• You should be a good listener in order to be successful at work.
• Don’t apply, if you have BAD ENGLISH. This Job is all about communication skills patience & dedication.
• Educational background doesn’t really matter as long as you speak GOOD ENGLISH.

Responsibilities & Context

• You will be under 6 months of probation period contract.

• The increment will be given based on performance.

• You can be our full-time member if you are a good performer.

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.

• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

• Previous experience in a customer support role

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
