Customer Relationship Officer (Sales strategy and development)

Responsibilities:

Follow-up Service:

• Generate leads through follow-up calls to customers and convert them into appointments.
• Manage online customer queries.
• Need to handle incoming and outgoing calls.

Service Quality & Others:

• Ensure the finest service to the customers and improve many aspects of the services.
• Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collect customer feedback by calling them.
• Prepare reports as per requirement.
• Other works assigned by the management.
