Responsibilities & Context

Global Connection Tours & Travels is a dynamic and customer centric travel agency, specializing in providing unique travel experiences and bespoke travel solutions for our clients. We offer a broad range of services, including leisure travel, corporate travel, and customized travel packages. We’re looking for a motivated and visionary guys to drive our growth in the travel and tourism sector.

Qualification:

· Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.

· Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.

· Collaborate with the sales team to provide customer insights and strategies.

· Address customer complaints or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction.

· Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build loyalty.

· Manage communications through email, social media, and other platforms.

· Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts.

· Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction.

· Respond to customer inquiries.

· Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same.

· Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
